How do I get Coins?

Of course, we also have a loyalty program. The rules are very simple. You order and receive 5 points for every euro you spend.

As a welcome gift you will receive 100 coins from us! You can get another 100 coins if you follow us on Instagram.

 

How do I spend Coins?

At the bottom left of our page you will see the icon of our loyalty program. Click on the icon with the star and a window will open. If you are not yet logged in, please log in. Now you will see a window where you can see the points you have earned so far and some other options. Under "Ways to earn" you can read again how you can earn coins. Under "Ways to redeem" you can redeem your points for vouchers. You can enter these in the voucher field at checkout. The voucher does not need to be confirmed or entered on another page or program! You can redeem the voucher immediately in the shopping cart.

Vouchers that have already been created can be found at the top of the window under Your rewards. All voucher codes will also be sent to you by email.

 

Important!

A voucher cannot be paid out. All vouchers can only be redeemed on our homepage "www.worldofonahole.com" or "www.japanese-sextoys.com". In individual cases, we can credit you with coins separately or adjust your account. Please contact us if there is a problem.
