Instructions for oversized items

Only for customers outside Germany. Customers from Germany can check the box and continue. 

To avoid paying too much for shipping, please pay attention to the following. If the total weight of the items you want to order is more than 1 kilogram, the additional charges for oversized items do not apply. You can find the weight of each item on the product page.

If the items in your shopping cart together weigh more than 1 kilogram, please enter the following code to deduct the costs:

For customers from EU member states: xos-eu
For customers from Iceland, Norway, Switzerland, United Kingdom: xos-noneu
For international customers: xos-int

Please do not use codes that deduct a larger amount. All orders with oversized items will be checked. 

Attention: If you have accidentally paid too much for shipping, please contact us. We ask for your understanding that in this case we will only give out vouchers due to the costs we incur in the event of a refund. Of course, the vouchers do not expire.
